Edmonton would be crazy not to inquire about Miller.

What team wouldn't want a goalie around a young group of players who only cares about himself and whines all the time?

Van or Buf would want one of those first rounders and Edm is to stubborn to let one go so I doubt Edm makes a trade. They'll probably pick up Biron.

The only reason Luongo is a Canuck is because nobody else wanted him. Edmonton will find younger and cheaper options. They don't need a goalie at the end of his prime, but signed long long long term, especially given how young their team is.

I'd love for us to re-sign Miller
I just don't think he'd wanna stay here knowing its going to be at least two years before we are ready to compete again

For teams like the Oilers, AVs, Isles, etc...
Miller will get them where they wanna go

If they wanna make the playoffs NOW,
Miller is EASILY their best option

I want Miller traded sooner than later and it has nothing to do with his personality but because I don't want him to mask how bad the Sabres suck anymore like he has over the last few seasons. If you are going to suck, suck right.

I'm confused Garth you said Pominville scored his 93rd goal in Buffalo, only Satan and Vanek have more. Could you clarify this for me. I'm sure out of Gil Perreault's 512 career goals a lot more than 93 were scored in Buffalo. Rick Martin, Danny Gare as well.

gonna have to make the playoffs first, I'd say LA,SJ and Anaheim are locks. nucks gonna have to battle the coyotes and flames/oilers for that #4 spot, and that's assuming a #5 team doesn't come out of the central
